Scope and information collected

BNS LLC operates BNS Workspace Alerts through BNS Global Enterprises. This policy covers this optional staff SMS program. We process your mobile number, workspace account and organization identifiers, enrollment and consent records, notification preferences, incoming enrollment or support commands, and message delivery records including provider identifiers, timestamps and errors.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm your phone, deliver operational workspace notifications, honor quiet hours and opt-outs, provide support, prevent duplicate or unauthorized sends, and maintain an audit of consent and delivery. Texts link to the protected workspace rather than exposing private job or customer information.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Our contracted messaging and infrastructure providers, including Twilio, and telecommunications carriers process the information needed to deliver and operate this program on our behalf. Authorized BNS administrators may access enrollment and delivery information to administer the workspace.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the security of the service. This does not authorize marketing use of mobile information or consent.

Retention and security

We retain enrollment, consent, opt-out and delivery records as needed to operate the program, honor your choices, resolve delivery issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access is restricted by account and organization permissions. SMS travels through carrier networks and should not be used to send sensitive documents, passwords or payment details.

Your choices

You can decline enrollment, update your preferences or disable texts from your profile. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Stopping texts does not remove workspace access. Contact support@bnsbuilds.com to request help with your information; we may need to verify your identity and retain records required to honor an opt-out or legal obligation.
