Program and enrollment

BNS LLC provides optional, recurring operational text notifications through BNS Global Enterprises to authorized workspace members. Messages include enrollment confirmation, member-requested tests and links to new workspace alerts. They are not advertising. Enrollment requires your signed-in account, voluntary consent, and confirmation from your own mobile number.

You must be authorized to use the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or workspace access. You can continue using the workspace without text notifications.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with workspace activity and your settings. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. BNS does not charge a separate fee to receive these alerts. Contact your mobile carrier for plan details.

Stop, restart and get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or turn off texts in your profile. You may receive a final carrier-managed confirmation. Reply HELP for help or email support@bnsbuilds.com.

To enroll again after stopping, complete a fresh enrollment from your profile. If your carrier has blocked messages after STOP, send START first, then the new JOIN phrase shown in your account. START alone does not renew your BNS consent.

Delivery and account controls

Delivery depends on carrier service and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use the workspace for the current status of work; this program is not an emergency service. Organization administrators can pause sending, and your personal quiet hours apply to automatic alerts. A test you request sends immediately.

Replies to these alerts do not approve contracts, payments or changes to a job or schedule. Those actions require the authorized workflow in your workspace.

Privacy and updates

Our SMS privacy policy explains how program information is handled. The effective date above identifies this version. Any expansion beyond this operational program requires the appropriate notice and consent.
